HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION:
Call or write Agape Tours, Inc. office and give the
following information:
* Your name, full address, zip and telephone number
* Name and date of tour
* Number of reservations requested
* Type of room accomodations (double or single)
* Your departure point
* Your first name or nickname for name badge
DEPOSITS:
Deposits vary with each tour and are stated in the trip information. Your deposit will hold your seat up to 30 days prior to departure, at which time a full trip payment will be required. On all trips other than baseball games and day trips for less than $100, a deposit of $50 is required to guarantee your seat on the bus. On day trips, the balance is due when you make your reservation. If you must cancel and do so fourteen days prior to departure, your deposit will be applied to an upcoming trip of your choice. Moneys for day trips will not be refunded if we are unable to recover our out of pocket expenses for that trip.
CANCELLATIONS:
Should you need to cancel, you may do so by contacting Agape Tours at our office during regular business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, closed for lunch 12:00 to 1:00 p.m.). Deposit and any trip payments shall be returned in full should you cancel 30 days prior to departure. If cancellations occur 24 hours or more before departure, you will receive a refund of all monies paid except for deposit and any other out-of-pocket expenses or cancellation charges levied by carriers, hotels or other contractors.
SEATING ARRANGEMENTS:
Seats are rotated once daily in order that all may equally enjoy the full facilities of the motorcoach.
SMOKING/LIQUOR:
No smoking, chewing tobacco or open liquor is allowed on the motorcoach. Frequent meal/rest stops allow opportunities to smoke outside the coach.
INSPIRATIONAL TIME:
The word AGAPE means God's unconditional love towards each of us. We will have a short devotional time each Sunday morning while on the trip presented by the Agape staff.
ITINERARY:
You will receive detailed information about your trip. Trips are planned a year in advance. The itenerary may change because of conditions beyond our control or if we see we can improve the trip without additional charge. Changes will always be of equal value or more.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Agape Tours, Inc. acts solely in the capacity of an agent on behalf of its tour patrons in arranging for transportation, lodging, sight-seeing and other services, and as such, is not responsible for damage, loss delay, injury or accident due to any act or default on the part of the company or peson engaged in providing transportation, londging, sight-seeing, or other services which are a part of the tour. Rates quoted are based on tariffs current at the time of the printing and are subject to changes therein at or before the time of final payment. Company expressly reserves the right to withdraw any tour or make any changes in the tour, with or without notice, that may become necessary, including substituting of accomodations or transportation. No carrier with whom transportation shall be arranged in connection with this tour shall have or incur any responsiblity or liability to any person taking the tour except its liablility as a common carrier.
